I was visiting Hamilton and had a dental emergency. This is the practice my friend loves and they saw me right away. I ended up needing an extraction and Dr. D’Souza and her hygienist, Mark, took such good care of me. They were so encouraging, professional, and kind. Jayati, the administrator, was absolutely wonderful. She immediately made us feel that my mom would receive great care and attention. She gathered all the necessary information ahead of time, so when we arrived an hour later everything was already prepared for us, including estimates and paperwork. She was incredibly kind, patient, helpful, and compassionate with both our mom and us. Then we met Mark, the dental assistant, who was exceptionally attentive, caring, and professional. He thoroughly explained the procedure, detailed all aftercare instructions, prepared an aftercare package, and made my mom feel calm, comfortable, and reassured throughout the entire visit. Dr. Chen was outstanding. She carefully explained all available options and helped us make a truly informed decision. The extractions were performed quickly, smoothly, and very professionally. My mom didn't experience any discomfort during the procedure, which was such a relief for all of us. Our overall experience was amazing.
