We called Burlington Family Dental Centre, and from the very first phone call we knew we were in good hands. Jayati, the administrator, was absolutely wonderful. She immediately made us feel that my mom would receive great care and attention. She gathered all the necessary information ahead of time, so when we arrived an hour later everything was already prepared for us, including estimates and paperwork. She was incredibly kind, patient, helpful, and compassionate with both our mom and us. Then we met Mark, the dental assistant, who was exceptionally attentive, caring, and professional. He thoroughly explained the procedure, detailed all aftercare instructions, prepared an aftercare package, and made my mom feel calm, comfortable, and reassured throughout the entire visit. Dr. Chen was outstanding. She carefully explained all available options and helped us make a truly informed decision. The extractions were performed quickly, smoothly, and very professionally. My mom didn't experience any discomfort during the procedure, which was such a relief for all of us. Our overall experience was amazing. It was an incredible relief to find such a compassionate and professional team who were able to help our elderly mother so promptly during an urgent situation.
